Just ordered and spotted a mistake?!! Don’t stress! Get in touch quick smart so that our crew can fix it up for you. Keep your paws crossed that it hasn’t gone to print yet!

Received an item with a mistake? If you made a typo and spelt your pup’s name wrong (don’t worry… we’ve all done it!)... Get in touch with us and we'll be able to reprint it at a reduced rate. If it’s our mistake, we’ll get a replacement to you asap without any fees of course.

Bought a collar too big? Easy! Just send it back and we’ll swap it or refund you.

Note: For refunds and reprints we may ask you to take a photo and possibly send the product back to our design studio. Unfortunately, we're not able to give refunds for a change of mind on personalised products.
