Feel like your items aren’t absolutely paw-fect? Oh no! That’s terrible to hear! We always strive for paw-fection. Get in touch within 30 days of delivery, and our fabulous team will be delighted to help.

Just ordered and spotted a mistake?!! Don’t stress! Get in touch quick smart so that our crew can fix it up for you. Keep your paws crossed that it hasn’t gone to print yet!

Received an item with a mistake? If you made a typo and spelled your pup’s name wrong (don’t worry… we’ve all done it!)... Get in touch with us and we'll be able to reprint it at a reduced rate. If it’s our mistake, we’ll get a replacement to you ASAP without any fees, of course.

Note: For refunds or reprints, we may ask for a clear photo, and in some cases, we may request the product to be returned. If a return is needed due to a confirmed fault, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Since our products are personalised and printed just for you, we’re unfortunately unable to accept change-of-mind returns. This policy also doesn’t apply to general wear and tear, ageing, or damage from regular use over time. For returns not related to a product fault (where applicable), a small return shipping fee may apply ($7.95).
