Is there a minimum spend for using Afterpay?
Yes, there is a minimum cart spend of $50 to use the Afterpay payment method.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay offers simple installment plans for online shoppers, allowing you to buy now and pay later with four equal installments, due every fortnight. Approval is subject to Afterpay’s credit criteria. Just choose Afterpay at checkout on Australian orders over $50.
When will I get my order?
Your order will be printed and dispatched like any other order. Using Afterpay won’t delay production or shipping. You don't have to wait any extra time!
Is there a cost for using Afterpay?
There are no additional charges added to your order when using Afterpay, and you won’t be charged any interest or upfront fees when you pay on time. The only fees that may apply are late fees, which are charged by Afterpay if a scheduled payment is missed and not resolved after notification.
What cards does Afterpay accept?
Afterpay currently accepts Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards issued in Australia. Unfortunately Afterpay does not accept any prepaid cards or foreign debit/credit cards.
When will my first payment be charged?
All new Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. You will no longer be considered a ‘new’ customer once you have fully paid off your first order and 6 weeks have passed since you placed that order.
For subsequent orders under $500 your first payment will be deducted 2 weeks after your purchase and your last payment deducted 8 weeks after purchase. For all orders over $500, your first payment will always be deducted at the time of purchase.
Can I amend my order if I have paid with Afterpay?
Items cannot be added to or removed from an order paid for with Afterpay. If additional items are required, a new order will need to be placed.
Can I cancel an Afterpay Order?
If your order has NOT been marked as Printed, we can cancel your order. However for personalised orders that have been marked as Printed, unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations.
