<h1>Term of Use of Bright Star Kids Website</h1>
<h2>OVERVIEW OF OUR TERMS OF USE... FOR BUSY PEOPLE</h2>
<h3>The main points that you need to approve before you buy from Bright Star Kids are:</h3>

<li><strong class="ol-title">Personalisation Details:</strong> You must ensure that any personalisation details are 100% correct BEFORE you place your order. Any mistakes that you make when entering your order, which need to be reprinted will be charged in full to your account.</li>
<li><strong class="ol-title">Correct Delivery Address:</strong> You must ensure that your address is 100% correct BEFORE placing your order. If an incorrect address is entered, which results in your order getting delayed or lost in the mailing system, Bright Star Kids cannot be held liable. If a reprint is required you will need to pay in full, including any additional postage fees.</li>
<li><strong class="ol-title">Collection of Mail:</strong> Where an item cannot fit into your letterbox, the delivery person will bring it back to the local post office or mail centre and should leave a postal slip to notify you. Items cannot be delivered to a different address. If you’ve placed an order for larger items, such as School Bags or Wall Art, and you weren't home when the courier tried to deliver it, then you should find a calling card in your letterbox, which will let you know where you can collect it from. If you requested to have your order left at your home without a signature being required (sometimes known as Safe Drop), unfortunately, we can not guarantee the delivery of your order as you've specified that it was safe to leave unattended. You will need to pick up items from your local post office within 2 weeks of delivery, otherwise your order may be returned to Bright Star Kids. In this event Bright Star Kids can resend the item, however additional postage fees will be charged for this.</li>
<li><strong class="ol-title">Lost Mail:</strong> If you haven't received your order within our normal delivery time frame you will need to lodge an enquiry for lost or delayed mail within a month of ordering. Simply fill out our Contact Us form with your order details so we can track it for you. Lost mail complaints where the time frame is outside of 2 months from ordering cannot be accepted.</li>

<li>If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Bright Star Kids Pty. Ltd. as soon as possible.</li>

<li>Bright Star Kids Family Club rewards program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older with a unique email address.</li>
<li>An individual becomes a Member as at the Join Date.</li>
<li>By choosing to join Bright Star Kids Family Club rewards program, you agree to receive communications from&nbsp;Bright Star Kids.&nbsp;Full details of the&nbsp;Bright Star Kids Family Club rewards program are available <strong><a href="/faq/">here</a></strong>. By participating in the program you have agreed to these terms and conditions.</li>
<li>One account per person. Points cannot be transferred between accounts.</li>
<li>Reward points need to be redeemed as a voucher and are single use only.&nbsp;Only 1 Voucher and Promotional Code can be used in any transaction.</li>
<li>Bright Star Kids Family Club rewards program&nbsp;reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Rewards Program or any aspect of it or at its election, to payout any Rewards, reset Spend Balances, at any time and without notice.</li>
<li>Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or similar, including (but not limited to) gift vouchers, gift cards, cheques and credit notes. Rewards do not represent legal tender in any country.</li>
<li>Rewards cannot be earned using other Rewards as part of the transaction.</li>
<li>When a Member returns a purchase for a refund in-store or via post, reward points earned for this transaction will be deducted from the Member's balance.</li>

<li>If your delivery address is outside of Australia, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. <li>Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipment is subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.</li>

Only images that you have the rights to use may be submitted.<br><br>Your image cannot be smaller than 300kb or exceed 20 MB. Supported file types are ai, heic, eps, pdf, jpg, jpeg, png. You are responsible for the quality of the image that you upload. Bright Star Kids cannot be held responsible for any poor quality prints resulting from a low quality image.<br><br>The following images are NOT acceptable:<br><br>• Weapons or references to violence<br>• Drugs or Alcohol<br>• Nudity<br>• Celebrity images or any images you don’t have the rights to use<br>• Offensive Content<br>• Brand Logos<br>• Trademark or Copyright Material<br><br>You understand that any personal information you provide will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Bright Star Kids privacy policy. You also acknowledgement that, if the image is of or includes another person, you have obtained the consent of the other person/people for their image to be used by Bright Star Kids to create the Photo Tile.</p>
