Is there a minimum spend for using Afterpay?
No, Afterpay is available on all orders.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay offers simple instalment plans for online shoppers, allowing you to buy now and pay later with four equal instalments, due every fortnight. All you need to do is choose Afterpay as your payment option at the checkout.
When will I get my order?
Your order will be printed and dispatched just like any other order paid for in full at the time of order (eg. credit card). You don't have to wait any extra time! Buy now and pay later.
Is there a cost for using Afterpay?
You won't be charged any fees when using Afterpay. The only fees applied to a shoppers account are late fees if your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and, after being notified, you do not log in to your Afterpay account to make your payment via a different method.
What cards does Afterpay accept?
Afterpay currently accepts Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards issued in Australia. Unfortunately Afterpay does not accept any prepaid cards or foreign debit/credit cards.
When will my first payment be charged?
All new Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. You will no longer be considered a ‘new’ customer once you have fully paid off your first order and 6 weeks have passed since you placed that order.
For subsequent orders under $500 your first payment will be deducted 2 weeks after your purchase and your last payment deducted 8 weeks after purchase. For all orders over $500, your first payment will always be deducted at the time of purchase.
Can I amend my order if I have paid with Afterpay?
Items cannot be added to or removed from an order paid for with Afterpay. If additional items are required, a new order will need to be placed.
Can I cancel an Afterpay Order?
If your order has NOT been marked as Printed, we can cancel your order. However for personalised orders that have been marked as Printed, unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations.
